LA Police Investigating Domestic Incident Involving Raiders LT Donald Penn

Los Angeles police are investigating an alleged domestic violence incident involving Raiders left tackle Donald Penn. No charges have been filed in the incident and no arrests have been made, police said. LAPD spokesperson Detective Meghan Aguilar said officers responded at about 9 p.m. Sunday to a radio call of a domestic violence incident. Officers met with a victim upon arrival and completed a domestic violence report that listed Penn as the suspect. Penn and his wife, Dominique, had issued the following statement: “There was a verbal disagreement, there was NO physical altercation. The two are in the middle of a divorce and it is a hard time for both parties.” Penn signed a two-year extension with the Raiders last September that runs through the 2019 season. He started 14 games last season and made the Pro Bowl despite finishing the season on injured reserve and is returning from foot surgery.
