Mindful Resilience

On Veteran’s Day we will be taking part in Veteran’s Gratitude Week to support Veterans Yoga Project’s annual fundraiser.

Mindful Resilience/Mindful Yoga Therapy consists of five tools: Breath, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude. These practices are adapted and delivered to maximize their ability to undo the nervous system dysfunctions that underlie symptoms of stress-related conditions. This class supports recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities.
It is not necessary to have military affiliation to attend. Mindful yoga can benefit any and everyone! Come show your gratitude for our veterans by attending this class on Nov. 11th, 100% of donations go to Veterans Yoga Project.
Suggested donation = $10
By providing support to all veterans, whether they are currently struggling with severe symptoms, or they are focused on increasing resilience and giving back to others, WAYM is doing its part to serve those who have served.
