This workshop is designed to bring us together to create a community of support for building resilience through better self-care and stress response practices that include gentle, stress-relieving yoga, breathing techniques and exploration of how our thought patterns influence our well being. The workshop will lead into a four-week series in March: every Thursday in March from 7:00 to 8:30.
