The City of Helena Urban Forestry is hosting a public informational gathering on the pest Emerald Ash Borer. Please join Department staff as well as Dr. Lauren Kerzicnik Research Associate with MSU entomology and diagnostics lab. Dr. Kerzicnik will be giving a detailed presentation on the pest and presenting any new science that has become available. Following the presentation there will be an opportunity to ask her questions about the pest as well as ask City staff questions about our operations and plans for a potential infestation. General Public and Tree Professionals are both encouraged to attend.
