Mindful Resilience/Mindful Yoga Therapy consists of five tools: Breath, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude. These practices are adapted and delivered to maximize their ability to undo the nervous system dysfunctions that underlie symptoms of stress-related ailments. This class supports recovery and resilience among our veterans, families, and communities.
It is not necessary to have military affiliation to attend. Mindful yoga is beneficial to all who wish to take part. All ages and ability welcome. You will not find difficult poses or postures here, the class is adapted to include any range of body type and all movements can be modified to the ability of the participant.
